COASTAL WALKING

South West Cornwall is renowned for its coastal walks due to the miles of coastal paths circling the peninsula. With its natural beauty and pure air it's a welcome you won't forget. From the Lizard, the most southerly point in the UK, to Lands End and round to the north coast, this pathway is like no other giving every visitor the opportunity to discover this wonderful and varied landscape.

BEACH & SURFING

The beaches around Cornwall, including Perranuthnoe itself, provide some of the best surfing in the country, with Newquay ranking up there as one of the best. If it's to catch a wave or just catch some sun, there is a great choice of beaches, some are quiet coves that you can enjoy all to yourself or head to the more public beaches such as Gwithian, Sennen, Praa Sands and St Ives.

FISHING & BOAT TRIPS

If you fancy something more tranquil, then there is an abundance of beautiful gardens all over the county ideal for a romantic stroll. If you're a member of the National Trust you can benefit further. Search online and you'll find some gems, such as Trebah, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Trelissick Gardens, to name but a few.

There are plenty of boat trips ready and willing to fulfill your fishing desires, from short trips to all day outings. Catches include local restaurant style fish to real sports fishing in the way of shark fishing. There are also a great choice of pleasure cruises operating from near by Penzance, Newlyn and St Ives.

SIGHTS & ENTERTAINMENT
GOLF

With handy coastal roads surrounding the county, it's easy to get out and about to discover many of the local sights, including the magnificent St Michael's Mount and the fabulous views from Lands End. If you enjoy the theatre then check out the famous Minack in Porthcurno.

There are many golf clubs that you can play as non members, take a look online and benefit from the competitive prices from advanced bookings, there are plenty of deals around. There's the choice of both Links and Woodland courses that will test your game.
