Terms & Conditions

Cancellation policy: a full fund will only be given if you cancel your booking before 21 days of your arrival date, therefore, please ensure that you have sufficient insurance in place to cover any cancellations after that point.

 

If there is a national lockdown (or local tier lockdown in your area preventing travel) we will offer a full refund on request following the government announcement.

Electric hook up: electric hook up  is provided to supply a 16 amp supply for basic domestic appliances within the caravan, motorhome or tent. At no point should it be  USED to supply electric cars.

PITCHES: please arrive after 1300 and depart before 1200 (unless prior arrangement). ON ARRIVAL YOU MAY CHOOSE ANY AVAILABLE PITCH  WITH A PITcH NUMBER, NOTING THAT THE CENTRE OF  YOUR PITCH IS INDICATED BY THE  NUMBER FLAG. You must ensure there is a minimum of 6 metres between your van/tent and the next van/tent.

 

COVID POLICY: ALL GUESTS ARE TO ADHERE TO THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT POLICY REGARDING SOCIAL DISTANCING AND PERSONAL SAFETY MEASURES. PLEASE CONSIDER OTHERS GUESTS AND REMEMBER TO SANITISE TAPS/HANDLES BEFORE AND AFTER USE.

 

All other terms & conditions are iN ACCORDANCE WITH the camping and caravanning club rules.
